Training of Cultivation Technique and Development of Technology Innovation of Palm Oil Utilisation

Training Cultivation Technique and Development of Technology and Innovation of Palm Oil Utilisation was convened by SPOS Indonesia in cooperation with Indonesian Oil Palm Research Institute (IOPRI) in Medan, North Sumatera on 9 – 13 March 2020. The Training was aimed to introduce Best Management Practices (BMP) and to identify alternative technology of palm oil waste utilisation such as palm sugar, briquettes of empty fruit bunches and also the Integration of Cow, Palm Oil, and Energy in oil palm plantation. Training was participated by 20 participants from partners, village officials and smallholders from SPOS Indonesia program location. Hopefully, through this training village community hand in hand with nature conservation from the utilisation of waste for renewable energy.
